Terms of Sale Effective Date: August 1, 2026 Company: Prymex ("Prymex," "we," "us," or "our") 1. Products Offered Prymex sells research chemicals and compounds strictly for laboratory research purposes. All products are labeled "For Research/Laboratory Use Only — Not for Human or Animal Consumption." 2. Order Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance by Prymex. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe the purchase is intended for human consumption, resale as a consumable, or any use inconsistent with our Research-Use Policy. 3. Purchaser Attestation By placing an order, you affirm that: You are 18 years of age or older You are purchasing as, or on behalf of, a legitimate research entity, laboratory, or qualified individual for laboratory research purposes You will not use, administer, ingest, inject, or apply any product to a human or animal You will not resell, relabel, or misrepresent the product as suitable for human consumption or clinical use You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals 4. Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prymex reserves the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing if a correction affects your order. 5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through third-party payment processors; Prymex does not store full payment card details. 6. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) Where available, batch-specific Certificates of Analysis may be provided or made available upon request to verify product identity and purity for research purposes. 7. Order Cancellation Prymex reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for any reason, including suspected misuse, incomplete attestation, or payment issues. In such cases, any payment collected will be refunded. 8. Limitation of Liability Prymex's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the applicable product. Prymex is not liable for any use of a product inconsistent with its labeled research-only purpose. 9. Governing Terms These Terms of Sale incorporate by reference our Terms and Conditions, Research-Use Policy, No-Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. In the event of conflict, the more specific policy governs the relevant subject matter.
