2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Prymex ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed by Prymex.
6. Packaging
All products are packaged discreetly and in compliance with applicable shipping regulations, including temperature-sensitive handling where required by the product.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Lost packages: If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 2-5 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
Delayed packages: Prymex is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs (if applicable), or circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes).
Damaged packages: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, per our No-Refund Policy exceptions.
8. Address Accuracy
Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Prymex is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
